Hi all,

To let you know the new materials for this will be out in December until then trainers should decide which materials they wish to use and inform us so we can produce it. Hopefully if materials arrive as planned we shouldnt have to work with this confusion any longer. Thanks for all your support in ensuring the materials have been the most up to date.

A National database of trainers is now being kept centrally and updated on a quaterly basis. The idea is that central updates can be passed more easily to trainers and should ensure that all updates to training materials reach you with ease.
As part of this it will also be the case that if you have not delivered in more than 2 years it will be reviewed regionally as to whether you wish to continue training. Dependant on yours and the area/ regional decisions, either you will be supported with an action plan to get you back into training or you will be taken off the database.
The latter is purely to ensure that everyone training is up to date and it will be taken into account if you have not been offered the chance to deliver.
Please feel free to ask questions.

For those of you who will be delivering TSP it would be really helpful to get an idea of an concerns you may anticpate with the materials or style of training (and positives are always good too). Hopefully this may give us the opportunity to talk through ideas prior to the big roll out.
Any ideas please add them in!

Hi all, just to let you know a review of the core skills training package is currently underway. In mid November there will be a briefing to which trainers for core skills will need to attend. The materials are moving more towards the increased reponsivity in delivery and so should tie in more with TSP.

Thats sounds like a very good idea- Tracy Hughes is going to be involved in a review of CSB to bring it in line with TSP so maybe we can pitch this idea there!

Recently devised a one day package for OM's. Why isn't there a formal package for this? Does anyone fancy formalising one and putting it up to the powers that be?
